Please remember that appointments are for one person only.
Patients are normally seen at pre-booked appointments but we will take reasonable steps to offer you an appointment with a doctor within 48 hours. This may not be the doctor of your choice. If you need to see a doctor urgently you will be fitted in with a doctor or nurse that day.
Whenever possible we prefer patients to be seen in the morning as this enables any necessary tests to be organised that day. For follow up appointments you will be asked to attend again within a reasonable time.
Should you need an appointment urgently, please telephone before 10.00am (if an appointment is needed that morning) or 3.30pm (if it is needed that afternoon). If your preferred doctor is not available you will be offered an appointment with another doctor.
Patients who want to use the automated services from our website must come in person to reception, with photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, to register for an ACCESS ID. These measures are to ensure the security of your personal data.
The receptionist will generate a one-page document which
will be given to you. This will contain all the details necessary for
you to log onto your personal services on our website.
Please see the link for our Surgery Schedule.
You will need a pdf reader to view pdf files. The Adobe Acrobat® pdf reader may be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the Adobe icon to the right.
To see the Practice Nurse please ring to book an appointment. The previous system of just turning up to sit and wait in the morning has stopped.
Please make sure your house number or house name is marked clearly for the Doctor to see.
