Patients can now make certain appointments and/or request their repeat prescriptions via this website. The present method of requesting repeat prescriptions by email will be phased out.

Patients who want to use the automated services from our website must come in person to reception, with photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, to register for an ACCESS ID. These measures are to ensure the security of your personal data.

The receptionist will generate a one-page document which will be given to you. This will contain all the details necessary for you to log on to your personal services on our website.

Once you have created an account you will be able to request repeat medication. Please note to use the on line appointments facility you will need to use a separate login.

Please note that the document can be given to the patient only, not to a representative.

Only patients of 16 years and over can use the service.
